Your package has unfortunately landed back with us today with a note from DHL that the storage period in the post office has been exceeded. The recipients will be informed by DHL about packages in the post office that are ready for collection.

If you have not received a notification from DHL for collection, please fill out the form you can download below and send us a scan or photo via an Etsy message. We will then claim the costs for the return shipment and the reshipment from DHL with the document:
As soon as we have received the completed document from you via Etsy message, we will immediately send your package to you again.
